My friend Lidi’s bike was stolen in Chinatown (Vancouver) tonight. If you’d keep an eye out, she’d be most appreciative. This bike has a lot of sentimental value.

In the Canadian War Museum, the Memorial Hall is built such that the room is pierced by a shaft of light coming through a slit in the wall, but only on November 11, at 11:00am. During this time, the light frames the Tomb of the Unkown Soldier.
As Matt pointed out to me, it’s nice to see 50yr old chairs being used to evoke the feeling of the future.
